1. Shipping Types

Your order is important to us, and we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all customers.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, and at checkout.


Shipment Processing

All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.


Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

We ship orders primarily from our Belgium warehouse to ensure fast and efficient delivery across Europe. 

In some cases—such as inventory availability or order composition—items may be shipped from an alternative EU warehouse (for example, Germany) to avoid delays.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.


Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We work with trusted European carriers to provide trackable and reliable delivery services.

Tracking updates will be available throughout the delivery process.


2. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery destination and order value and are clearly displayed at checkout.

Belgium

  • Free shipping on orders €69 and above
  • €5.95 shipping fee for orders below €69

Netherlands

  • Free shipping on orders €89 and above
  • €7.95 shipping fee for orders below €89

Germany

  • Free shipping on orders €99 and above
  • €8.95 shipping fee for orders below €99

France, Italy, Spain & Portugal

  • Free shipping on orders €109 and above
  • €9.95 shipping fee for orders below €109

Other EU Countries

  • Flat shipping rate of €14.95
  • Free shipping is currently not available for these destinations

Delivery Time Estimates (After Dispatch)

  • Belgium: 1–2 business days
  • Netherlands & Germany: 2–4 business days
  • France, Italy, Spain & Portugal: 3–6 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship to most European Union (EU) countries.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the EU.


4. Updating Shipping on an Order

Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update:

  • Shipping address
  • Order details

We will do our best to accommodate your request.


After Shipping 

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details cannot be modified, and delivery cannot be expedited.


5. Item Not Delivered or Delayed

If you cannot locate your package, please try the following before contacting us:

  • Verify that your shipping address is correct
  • Check around your home or with neighbors
  • Allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery
  • Review tracking updates for delivery attempts
